Mayor Hoffman, Mr. Jimenez, City Council and Park Board members,
As a resident of YOUR CITY/TOWN/VILLAGE, I am writing to express my desire to see the Bernard F. Willi Pool remain open for many years to come.
I realize I do not pay taxes in the city of Chippewa Falls, but my family supports businesses in the city, and we continue to live in the Chippewa Valley because of the pool and other facilities.
I would like to see the pool remodeled up to code, in a fiscally responsible manner, for as many years as it will take. I’m also in favor of creating a new business model and a 5- or 10-year facilities plan so the city of Chippewa Falls does not find itself with a pool in disrepair again.
